::Guitar Time::

Today, I came straight home from work and had a little guitar time. :] It was great! I usually don't play very much but today I played quite a bit. I'm currently learning a song by Rise Against called Swing Life Away. I mention a quote in my previous blog about "when words fail, music speaks". Currently, words are failing me and I'm unable to express my feelings with them. However, this song expresses the words I wish to convey quite clearly. Hello :]

Hello fellow bloogers!

My sister decided to create a blog as a New Year's resolution! I thought it was a great idea and I've decided to join in on the fun.  I'm not exactly the best writer but I've heard if you start writing more frequently, you get better! So, here is to New Year's resolutions and to becoming a better writer!

A little bit about me:

I recently graduated college with a degree in Media Arts and Science.  My concentration is in Web Design/Development.  I'm really excited to get into the work world and I hope to find a job soon! Side Note: I am a graduate with braces.  Yes, I have braces.  Just a little random fact.  Gee, they drive me nuts but I had to have them to improve my bite.

I have a twin sister aka Preppy Twin (<-- Check out her blog!)  Yep, she is a prepster! I'm not exactly sure if preppy people refer to themselves as preppy, but I think it's a pretty sweet nickname.  Unlike my twin, I am not much of a prepster.  I'm not exactly sure how to classify my style but I guess you can say it's artsy.  Keep reading my blog and you'll find out :]

I'm not a fan of cold weather.  I would rather be in the sun which is pretty ironic because I was born in Canada! 

I love love love music! :] "Where words fail, music speaks." When I can't find the words to express how I feel, the lyrics of songs always tend to help.  Speaking of music, my favorite band is Paramore.  I went to see one of their concerts in the Summer (2010) and it was absolutely amazing.  I really didn't know that many Paramore songs, but after that concert I fell in love with their music.  I went to the local library and checked out all their CDs. :] They are the best and Hayley Williams is amazing.  Oh and by the way, Hayley Williams birthday was yesterday! December 27! So, Happy 22nd Birthday, Hayley Williams.

I also play guitar.  I am still trying to master the guitar, but I enjoy it a lot and hope to play the guitar more often, this year.  

& One more fact about me - I love Tumblr! If you don't know what Tumblr is then you should definitely check it out and while you are their take a look at my tumblr.  Tumblr is basically a place where you can blog, post all sorts of pictures you like, and follow others.  Check it out for a better description.
